  • Tone & Trim

    A 50 to 60-minute, full-body workout that consists of small-controlled movements, isometric holds and functional cardio intervals working muscles to fatigue to develop tone, definition and endurance. A range of different props, light dumbbells and a yoga mat are used in each class to challenge the body and engage the mind. Round out the experience with a deep stretch which will leave you feeling balanced and centered.

  • Yoga Sculpt

    Blend your strength training with a power yoga flow in this 50- 60 min class. Weights, cardio exercises, and compound movements are added on top of a vigorous yoga practice to accelerate change, build strength, and increase core stability. Yoga Sculpt is a fun class taught to high-energy music and designed to provide balance and build confidence.

  • Power Yoga Flow

    The perfect compliment to your weekly cycling and Tone & Trim classes, Power Yoga Flow focuses on common yoga poses like sun salutations, balancing postures, abdominal exercises, strength building as well as hip openers allowing your body to relax and stretch (think open hips and happy joints!). Set to feel-good playlists, each class will follow a flow sequence that will leave you feeling strong, and centered.

  • Total Bala Strength

    Blend your strength training with a Bala Beam in this 50 min weights, cardio, and compound movement classes. What makes this class different? The Bala Beam! Bala Beam’s sculptural, ergonomic design is perfect for concentrated and compound movements alike. Press, curl, row, squat and lunge to increase strength, agility, endurance and balance. This 50-minute pop up class will have you mastering moves, with the guidance and confidence to up your game and take on the Bala Beam - 25lbs of strength and power. You’ll be working out before you know it.

  • Tone & Cycle x Yoga Sculpt

    This class is a blend of Yoga Sculpt and our signature Tone & Cycle class that makes for an ultimate, full-body workout. This 30-minute cycling class will start on the bike and then you will transition seamlessly to your mat in our yoga room for 20-minutes of Yoga Sculpt. Get ready to build in strength and stamina with this blended workout that will push your limits.

  • Cycle/Mat Hybrid

    We've combined a traditional cycling class with a mat workout to create a distinctive fusion of cycling and mat-focused exercises. In these hybrid classes, you can choose to start in either the cycling or mat room, seamlessly transitioning between the two after 30 minutes for a harmonious integration of both workouts. Our mat offerings encompass a spectrum from yoga to yoga sculpt to total body strength, allowing you to harness your strength and relish the exceptional experience of these blended modalities.

We provide weights, blocks, straps, balls, and have a limited number of mats to rent, but encourage you to bring your own.
