At Rêve, we prioritize creating a positive and inclusive environment for all. Our indoor cycling and yoga studio has a set of guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

In-Studio Guidelines

  • Arrive on time

    We kindly ask that all participants arrive on time for classes, as late entry can disrupt the flow of our classes.

  • Stay hydrated!

    We encourage everyone to bring their own water bottles to stay hydrated throughout the workout.

  • Keep it Clean

    We prioritize cleanliness and ask participants to wipe down equipment after use.

  • Be Kind

    We strive to create a welcoming environment and expect everyone to be respectful of fellow participants and instructors.

 Policies + FAQ

We value the time of our community in the cycling and mat rooms, as well as the time you’re dedicating to yourself. These policies are designed to honor and support that commitment.

  • This monthly membership, which auto-renews each month, requires a 6-month commitment and can only be canceled with two weeks' notice prior to your next billing date. You can do this by emailing info@revecyclingstudio.com. Pausing the membership incurs a $10 fee each time and is limited to three pauses per year. A $10 penalty will automatically apply for no-shows or cancellations made within 12 hours of class. Cancellations made before this window are waived.

  • All class packages come with an expiration date ranging from one to six months, depending on the size of the package you purchase. The more classes included in a package, the longer the expiration date! Please review each package for its specific time frame. Extensions are only granted in cases of illness or injury—if needed, just email our team at info@revecyclingstudio.com.

  • Our mini-memberships offer a quick, streamlined approach to wellness at Rêve. They’re perfect if you compliment your Rêve membership with other workouts and prefer not to commit to a full year. These memberships only require a 3-month commitment, after which you can cancel anytime by emailing us at info@revecyclingstudio.com. Penalties include loss of class credit for no-shows or cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled class. Please note, these credits do not roll over from month to month!

  • We understand that being on the waitlist can be a bit uncertain, so we have revised our waitlist policy to provide more clarity and ensure a fair process for everyone.

    Waitlist Placement: If a class is fully booked, you have the option to join the waitlist. As spaces become available due to cancellations, you will be automatically added to the class up to one hour before the class start time. If you do not get in off the waitlist, you will not be charged.

  • Please note that all classes close five minutes before the scheduled start time, regardless of the waitlist status. If there are still open spots in the class five minutes prior to the start time, those spots will be made available to walk-ins and waitlist members who are present at the studio but did not get in off the waitlist, in the order in which they show up.

    We aim to accommodate as many participants as possible while maintaining fairness and a smooth registration process. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team. We look forward to having you join our classes!

  • Please bring a water bottle. Open Water is available for $2. We offer towels at the check-in desk. We recommend wearing spandex and to avoid wearing loose clothing that can get in the way of the ride. We do not rent spin shoes, however, all of our Stages studio bikes have sneaker cages and are SPD-cleat compatible.

  • There is free parking available in various locations surrounding our studio, including a free lot off of Coyle Street behind our studio! Please note, we share this space with other small businesses and ask our riders to be respectful of parking etiquette. Please pay attention to signs!

  • You can share your class credits with a guest or family member. Please select the ‘reserve for a guest’ (entering their email address into the required box) when signing up your guest for class. You can sign up a guest for any class, even ones you don’t physically attend. Please note, new client packages and recurring monthly memberships cannot be shared and are for individual use only.   • How to give the gift of Rêve?

    Gift cards can be purchased at the studio for a physical card or they can be purchased online for an e-card.

    How to redeem them?

    To redeem a gift card you can do so on our mobile app, desktop website, or in the studio. If you are redeeming on the app or the website, simply login to your account and then enter your gift card number into the ‘redeem a gift card’ box in the ‘my cart’ section of the app or the ‘my account’ section of the website. Once the gift card has been applied to your account, you will need to make sure the box ‘use your account balance’ under the personal information tab on your Rêve account is selected. After selecting your items for purchase and checking out, please make sure the account balance from your gift card is being applied towards your purchase. Once the purchase has gone through, you can then select the class and bike you’d like to sign up for. Please don’t hesitate to email us at info@revecyclingstudio.com with any questions.
