    Our Strength class is where power meets presence—a 50-minute, full-body experience built to develop endurance, control, and connection through intentional movement on the mat. Using props like Bala Beams, dumbbells, blocks, straps, bands, and your own body weight, you’ll move through slower tempos, deeper holds, and mindful sequences that sculpt and strengthen every muscle—arms, shoulders, legs, and glutes. Expect moments of challenge and space to trust your body. Accessible yet powerful, this class invites you to engage deeply, move with purpose, and leave feeling strong, grounded, and fully alive.

  • Sculpt

    Sculpt is all about precision—light weights, high reps, and intentional movement that builds strength and stamina without relying on heavy lifting. This class focuses on controlled, mindful work that supports you in feeling powerful and connected in your body. Unlike our Strength class, which uses heavier loads to develop overall power, Sculpt offers a steady, supportive burn that helps you move with ease, confidence, and resilience.
